Privacy Policy

Reelbot ("we", "the app") is an Instagram automation tool that lets the account owner auto-reply to comments and send direct messages based on keyword rules.

• Instagram account ID, username and profile basics of the connected account.
• Access tokens issued by Meta when you connect your account.
• Media (posts) metadata: post ID, caption, thumbnail, permalink, like/comment counts.
• Comment and message events delivered to us by Meta webhooks, including the commenter's Instagram ID, username and comment text.
• Automation rules and activity logs you create in the app.

Data is used only to run the automations you configure: matching keywords, posting replies, sending DMs, and showing you activity and analytics inside your dashboard. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

We do not share your data with third parties, except the infrastructure providers that host the app and its database, and Meta's Instagram Graph API which we call on your behalf to perform the actions you configure.

Data is kept while your account is connected. Disconnecting Instagram from the Settings page removes the stored access token and stops all automations. To request deletion of all remaining data, contact us and we will remove it.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. You can also revoke the app's access from Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites.
