Terms of Service

By connecting an Instagram account to Reelbot ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Reelbot lets the owner of a connected Instagram professional account create keyword rules that automatically post public comment replies and send private replies (DMs) to people who comment on their posts.

• You must own or be authorised to manage the connected Instagram account.
• You are responsible for the content of every automated reply and DM you configure.
• You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use, Platform Terms and Community Guidelines.
• No spam, harassment, misleading claims, or automated messaging to people who have not interacted with your posts.

The app relies on Meta's Instagram Graph API. Rate limits, permission changes, outages or account restrictions imposed by Meta can pause or break automations at any time.

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of replies or DMs, and we are not liable for lost reach, revenue or any indirect damages arising from use of the app.

You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting Instagram in Settings, which deletes the stored access token and halts all automations. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Meta's policies.
